ODD consists of the operating conditions under which a given system is designed to function. It includes:

• environment
• time of day
• roadway
• and other characteristics
  under which a car will perform reliably.

Careful planning is required to ensure the reliability of Self Driving Cars MOC and to reduce the chances of accidents.
